The Alveston & Tiddington Allotments and Gardens Association (ATAGA) manages the allotment site located between the villages of Alveston and Tiddington, just outside Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire. The site is owned by the Coventry Diocese and is rented as a whole by our trustees, the association then sublets plots to members.

All plot holders on the site are members of the association, we also have a membership category for local gardeners who don’t hold a plot on site but would like to take part in our activities. Being members of the association provides public liability insurance when on the site as well as the other benefits of using the shop, association gardening equipment and facilities.

The association is run by a committee elected from the membership at the annual general meeting, which is usually held in October. The committee officers manage the letting of plots, collection of rents & membership fees, purchasing and managing shop stocks.

Periodically the committee also arranges social events, trips and work parties that maintain and enhance the site.

Hi. I live in Wellesbourne and have large volumes of horse manure for sale that I deliver locally. Either pure manure or manure mixed with shavings/straw. Big sized trailer load for £30 or small load for £10. Delivered by myself with trailer and Land Rover and unloaded. Please would you share this with plot holders. Many thanks Paul. 07503901444

    Morning,
I recently visited an animal sanctuary in Wolverton near Stratford. The lady has been rescuing injured, abandoned and sick farm animals.
I just wondered if anyone may have any produce that they would kindly donate to the farm from time to time. The pigs will eat pretty much anything, but I know they love carrots and apples.
If so please contact me on the details given below.
    Many thanks in advance.
