A Hearty Welcome!

Thank you to all those who attended the October 29th. 2017 AGM.

The Alveston & Tiddington Allotments and Gardens Association manages the allotment site located between the villages of Alveston and Tiddington, just outside Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire. The site is owned by the Coventry Diocese and is rented as a whole by our trustees, which the association then sublets to our members.

All plot holders on the site are members of the association, which provides public liability insurance for the site and bulk orders seed potatoes, onions sets, seeds and gardening sundries such as bird netting, canes and plant labels. We also have a membership category for local gardeners who don’t hold a plot on site but would like to take part in our activities.

The association is run by a committee elected from the membership at the annual general meeting, which is usually held in October. The committee officers manage the lettting of plots, collection of rents & membership fees, managing and purchasing shop stocks and arranging events and work parties.

I have a garden shed free of charge if it can be dismantled. Approx 8′ x 6′. Condition fair, solid stricture possibly needs new roof on installation. Centre of Stratford.
